If Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Didn’t Receive It

• Sometimes parcels are received by neighbours, building staff, or family members.

• If genuinely not received:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery notification.

  • We will raise the issue with the courier (takes up to 10 working days).

  • In genuine cases, a full refund will be issued.

If reported after 48 hours, we may not be able to take action.
