(Complete, Updated, Including Uncut Unboxing Video Rule)
At BROXN, we work hard to deliver quality products.
Please read this policy carefully before raising an exchange or return request.

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return
You can request an exchange or return if:

The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

You received the wrong product, or
-
You have a size issue.
We offer free exchange pickup for size-related exchanges.
You can exchange the product for:

A different size of the same product, or
-
Any item of equal value.
If you choose a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid online.
📹 2. MANDATORY UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO — FOR DAMAGED/TAMPERED PRODUCTS
To process any damaged or defective product claim, an uncut unboxing video is compulsory.

BROXN will accept damage claims only when all conditions below are met:
A. Start recording BEFORE opening the parcel

Show the parcel clearly from all sides (full 360° view).

Show the courier label properly.

Show any dents, cuts, holes, tape issues, or signs of tampering.
B. The unboxing video must be continuous

No cuts, no pauses, no editing, no trimming.

Any edited or cut video will be rejected.

This prevents situations where the parcel is cut behind and only the other side is shown during unboxing.
C. Show the complete unboxing process

The moment the parcel is opened must be visible.
-
The product must be taken out fully on camera.
-
The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
❗ Without a proper uncut unboxing video, BROXN cannot approve a replacement or refund for damaged products.
3. Product Condition Requirements
Exchanges will only be processed if:

The item is unused and unwashed.
-
The original sticker/label is attached.
-
The product is neatly folded and properly packed for return.
Used, washed, or customer-damaged items are not eligible.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are given only for defective products, and only when the uncut unboxing video is provided.

Include your Order ID and description
Reverse Pickup Charges
If a return (without a defect) is approved:

A ₹100 deduction will apply for reverse logistics.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
5. Important Notes

Slight colour or design variations due to lighting/screen differences are not considered defects.

Do not accept tampered or damaged parcels during delivery.

Only one exchange or return request is allowed per order.

Products bought during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

Free size exchange available.
-
No refund for size issues.
-
Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
